Update 16 June 2008 - To ensure that each conference article meets the PDF specifications required by the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, IEEE has created automated online processes that convert author-created source documents into Xplore-compliant PDFs.

Authors with accepted papers need to confirm your paper compatibility by registering at IEEE PDF eXpress using the Conference ID: nctt-mcp08x or by clicking here.

You can then convert your paper at the IEEE PDF eXpress login page.
