    The HRD has set up its goals to complement its strategic plan.
    The reviewed goals are as follows:

  1. To produce a highly skilled, competitive and competent workforce in various fields in order to have the expertise and excellence in meeting global challenges.
  2. To continually assess and project talent needs for strategic planning of the business unit.
  3. To redesign aspects of the training solution in order to build organisational capabilities.
  4. To align reward systems in order to ensure that it consistently encourages the fulfilment of employee needs.​
