Marketing and Corporate Communication Department is responsible for communicating key messages to defined target audiences so as to establish goodwill and understanding between Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) and its customers, whether internal or external. This is proactively achieved through website management, event management and media relations.

As an initiative to customer focus, Corporate Communications Department also plays the role as the one-stop centre for all customer complaints management in UNITEN.

In addition, this department also organises corporate events and coordinates publications of publicity materials such as newsletters, annual reports, programme books and others that are related to positive mentions of UNITENs achievements and milestones.

To ensure consistency in the corporate identity of the university, this department acts as the referral point for any printing or display of the universitys visual identity.
