Property Management Services Unit in Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Campus are divided to five main group :

      1.      ⚫ Electrical
  1.      ⚫ Mechanical
  2.      ⚫ Civil
  3.      ⚫ Function
  4.      ⚫ Vehicle


ELECTRICAL

  • ⚫ Coordinating and operating the electrical equipment and lighting.
  • ⚫ Maintenance of electrical system (replacement of parts example bulbs, light, wiring, plugs, etc)
  • ⚫ Plans and implement the requirement on electrical development for university.
  • ⚫ Responds to emergency calls relating to the lighting and other electrical problems.


MECHANICAL

  •  Monitor and operate the building air conditional system.
  • ⚫ Maintaining the mechanical system (replacement of parts example AHU belting, greasing, engine oil, chiller system, etc)
  • ⚫ Monitor and maintenance the fire fighting system.
  • ⚫ Responds to emergency calls relating to the air conditional and other mechanical/machine problems.


CIVIL

  • ⚫ Monitor and operate the water supply system.
  • ⚫ Maintaining the building system (replacement of parts and faulty of building materials example toilet accessories, doors, windows, roof, etc)
  • ⚫ Plans and implements the project and development for university.
  • ⚫ Carryout the repair work for building faulty.
  • ⚫ Responds to emergency calls relating to the water supply and building maintenance and other related problems.


FUNCTION

  • ⚫ Responsible for function equipment are always in good condition.
  • ⚫ Coordinate and monitor the event are in good and smooth as a plan.


VEHICLE

  •  Responsible for transportation are always in good manner.
  • ⚫ To provide bus shuttle for students are in adequate sequence.
  • ⚫ Maintaining and service the vehicle to insure in good condition.
  • ⚫ Responds to emergency calls relating to transport requirements.
