Steps to Fill up MOHE Online Survey

Dear Graduates,

Congratulations on your graduation!

Inline with our effort to improve the quality of our services and education system, we would like you to convey your valuable comments and response in the form of a survey. The information provided will be used to assist the university to improve our system in the future.

Therefore, we invite you to participate in the online survey conducted by the Ministry of Higher Education. Kindly provide appropriate/accurate answers for each question.

Below are the steps to fill up the online survey:

1. Click on http://graduat.mohe.gov.my  
2. Read the 'Graduate Guideline' (English version) on the top, right hand corner and login
3. At the log-in page,
   i. Insert your I.C number (i.e.: 881216025549) or Passport number (i.e.: N568742)
   ii. Choose the institution (i.e.: IPTS)
4. Follow other instructions as stated in the survey
5. Please print out the verification slip and bring it along during the collection of your academic gown at UNITEN.

**Note** 
 We wish to remind you that failure to complete this survey may create difficulties when collecting your academic certificate. 
 The survey will only be open from 4th October to 20th October 2011.
