UNITEN offers an innovative accountancy programme leading to the award of the Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) degree. The programme offers specific knowledge of accounting, finance, quantitative analysis, economics, computing, management, English and marketing courses and their application in the accounting field out in the market. The programme aims to produce competent and dedicated accountants who exhibit traits such as professionalism, discipline, and high moral standards. This programme is specifically designed to prepare students with strong knowledge in accounting field before they get into the real world of accounting professions or pursue their studies to obtain a Masters' degree in accounting or in other business related postgraduates programmes.

ENGLISH REQUIREMENT
- Have taken MUET with minimum Band 2*; or
- Pass IELTS with Band 5.5 and above; or
- Pass TOEFL with score 550 and above.

Minimum Entry Requirement
SIJIL TINGGI PERSEKOLAHAN MALAYSIA ( STPM)
- A pass in STPM or its equivalent, with a minimum Grade C+ (GP 2.33) in any 2 subjects, and Pass SPM with Credits in Mathematics at SPM level; or
SIJIL TINGGI AGAMA MALAYSIA (STAM)
- Pass STAM with a minimum grade of Jayyid (taken within 2 years prior to application); and Credit in Mathematics in SPM Level; and
*For STAM applications, student must have taken MUET with Band 1
MATRICULATION PROGRAMME
- A pass in Matriculation qualification or its equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 and Pass SPM with Credits in Mathematics at SPM level; or
FOUNDATION PROGRAMME
- A pass in Foundation qualification or its equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.50, and credits in Mathematics in SPM Level; or
A-LEVEL
- Pass A-Level with Gred C in 2 subjects; or
DIPLOMA
- A Diploma in Accounting or related field, or its equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.50, and credits in Mathematics and a pass in English at SPM level; or
DIPLOMA VOKASIONAL MALAYSIA (DVM)
- Pass DVM in related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 AND Pass Sijil Vokasional Malaysia (SVM) with:
1) An Academic Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.33 or higher;
2) A Vocational CGPA of 3.67 or higher and competent in all vocational modules;
3) A credit in Bahasa Melayu (SVM 1104).
**Cohort 2013 onwards also need to get an exemption from obtaining a pass grade for Sejarah at SPM level.
HND DIPLOMA PROGRAMME
- A pass in HND UK with a minimum CGPA 2.00; or
UEC
- A pass in UEC with a minimum Grade B in any 5 subjects including Mathematics; or
INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE DIPLOMA (IB)
- A pass in IB with minimum 30 points; or
SAME/WACE/AUSMAT
- Pass South Australian Matriculation (SAM) and South Australian Matriculation (AUSMAT) with 70%; or
- South Australia Certificate of Education (SACE) and Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) with Band 2 in 2 subjects; or
OTHERS
- Other equivalent qualification recognized by Government of Malaysia.
