Engineering Foundation & General Studies (EFGS) is a key academic department under the College of Engineering (COE), Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN). With the Foundation in Engineering programme as its core offering, the department serves as an entry pathway for students admitted through SPM, IGCSE, or equivalent qualifications, preparing them for progression into undergraduate engineering programmes. In parallel, EFGS supports diploma and degree programmes by delivering core Mathematics and foundational science courses that underpin engineering education.
