Our lecturers are actively engaged in research and consultancy aligned with industry needs and UNITEN’s strategic vision. They also maintain extensive linkages with local and international industries as well as partner universities.
Postgraduate students at COGS enjoy opportunities to undertake impactful research projects across UNITEN's well‑established research institutes:

Students may also propose their own research topics in consultation with their supervisors, ensuring alignment with their personal aspirations and professional goals.
Our diverse student community comprises both fresh graduates and working professionals seeking to expand their expertise. With a healthy mix of local and international students, the COGS Graduate Activity Club serves as a dynamic platform for engagement, organising presentations, industrial visits, Coffee Hour Sessions, and promoting the 3‑Minute Thesis competition. The club also supports the organisation of our annual iGRAD conference. Through UNITEN’s mobility programmes, students gain exposure to global research practices, expanding their horizons and strengthening international collaborations.
At COGS, our mission is to nurture graduates who are knowledgeable, skilled, independent, driven, and professional. We invite you to join us and unlock your potential as you embark on a rewarding path of postgraduate study. Let us equip you with the tools and opportunities you need to soar even higher in your academic and professional life.
