Educational tourism combines travel with meaningful learning experiences, offering participants the opportunity to explore new environments while gaining knowledge and skills. It bridges academic theory with real-world exposure through site visits, workshops, cultural exchanges, and industry engagement.

Designed for students, researchers, and professionals, edu-tourism promotes experiential learning, critical thinking, and global awareness—making education more engaging, relevant, and impactful.

UNITEN Summer English Program

The program offers participants with an intensive 2-week English course with additional language enrichment activities. Also, participants will have the opportunity to use English in real-life situations during cultural/ social activities especially designed for their practice. Exciting experience on Malaysian culture alongside a blend of attractive hands-on activities and cultural excursions await during weekends. Highlights include the exceptional local batik chanting and sightseeing in Kuala Lumpur. The 2-week stay will be rewarding with English lessons, cultural activities and excursions, also meeting buddies and new friends in unforgettable Malaysia.

Edu-tourism Program in Energy

The program offers participants with the latest knowledge and updates concerning energy in IT, business and engineering. Participants will gain experience via a blend of classroom instructions, academic and cultural excursions as well as hands-on fieldwork. Highlights include industry visit to TNB energy subsidiary or any other Malaysian energy players. Through this intensive engagement with energy in different fields of expertise, participants will enjoy a wealth of energy awareness, familiarity and breakthroughs.

Winter/ Summer Camp

The program offers participants with exciting experience on Malaysian culture alongside a blend of attractive hands-on activities and cultural excursions. Highlights include the exceptional local batik chanting and learning to play traditional musical instruments called ‘gamelan’. Through this intensive engagement with Malaysian culture and friendship with buddies, participants will enjoy one week of unforgettable winter break and summer vacation.
