Proceed to the International Arrival Hall. As student visas are processed differently, when you arrive, proceed to the Immigration Office in the airport. It is commonly located near the Immigration counters.
Get the Special Pass at Immigration Counter
You must present your Visa Approval Letter (e-VAL) Single Entry Visa (SEV)/ e-Visa and UNITEN’s Offer letter at the Immigration Counter.
Before leaving the immigration counter, always ensure a Special Pass is stamped on your passport. If you are unsure about this, you may check with Sunway's airport pickup staff before leaving the airport.
Travel to UNITEN
Students are advised to take a taxi or Grab directly to Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN). Simply set “UNITEN Putrajaya Campus” or “UNITEN Muadzam Shah Campus” (depending on your destination) as your drop-off location in the app to ensure accurate navigation. Please make sure you are dropped at administration building for easy access to the campus.
