Payment Instruction

Payments and fees can be made through the following payment channels:

OPTION 1 - FPX

(Recommended for Malaysian Students)

  • Registration Fee payment
  • Accommodation Advance Fee

Payment from Malaysia:

To pay Registration Fee and Accommodation Deposit via FPX

1. Login to UNITEN Student Online Application (UniApps).

2. Scroll down to Registration Fee Status. Click "Click here" to make a payment.

3. Tick on the item to pay. Example: Full Registration Fee + Miscellaneous Fee. Then, click "Next".

4. Transaction details confirmation will appear. Click "Click to Pay".

5. Select your bank, enter your email address to receive transaction status and click "Agree and Continue".

6. You'll be prompted to login to your selected bank. Login and complete your payment as guided by the system.

7. Print receipt for your proof of payment and reference.

Payment from Overseas (Outside Malaysia )

UNITEN has partnered with Flywire to streamline the international payment process. Flywire allows you to pay securely from any country and any bank, typically in your home currency.

By making your payment with Flywire you can:

Track your payments from start to finish

Save on bank fees and exchange rates

To get started, login to UNITEN Student Online Application (UniApps) to begin the payment process.

(Recommended for International Students)

  • Registration Fee payment
  • Accommodation Advance Fee

Payments must be made in FULL within 2 weeks from the date of the last invoice. Failure to do so will result in Financial Blocking. Upon this blocking, student will be barred from:

  1. Doing pre-registration for next semester
  2. Sitting for final examination
  3. Viewing examination result online
  4. Obtaining examination results slip
  5. Doing add & drop at the beginning of next semester
  6. Using certain facilities in UNITEN

Current Student

For existing student, you can pay to UNITEN via these five methods:

By FPX payment / UNITEN i-Pay

This allows you to make online payments from any of your existing internet banking accounts (Maybank2u.com, CIMB Clicks, Bank Islam, Hong Leong Online, Maybank2e.net, PBeBank.com & RHB Bank). It is available daily from 1.00 am to 11.59 pm.

To initiate the payment, please:

1. Log in to Student Info - https://info.uniten.edu.my/info

2. Choose Ledger Balance

3. Enter the amount

4. Click "Initiate i-Pay"

5. Follow the instructions

By Flywire (Mainly payment from Overseas)
