This course is organized to enhance the communication skills of support staff who are responsible for providing services to international students. It is specifically designed for staff with basic level of English proficiency so they can interact more effectively and better understand the needs of students from diverse cultural backgrounds.

| Course Outcomes |
i. Use simple and polite English to communicate with international students. ii. Provide basic facility-related assistance using clear instructions. iii. Handle common customer service situations with professionalism. iv. Demonstrate a customer-first attitude and ethical behaviour. v. Recognize cultural differences and adapt communication styles accordingly. |
