This programme focuses on the design, implementation, and management of computer systems and networks. Students develop practical skills in network administration, cybersecurity, and system architecture, preparing them for careers in IT infrastructure, network engineering, and systems support.
   

About Programme

The department of Systems and Networking at CCI offers a high-profile undergraduate programme leading to the award of the Bachelor in Computer Science (Systems and Networking) (Honours). This programme is designed to prepare students for professional careers by equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills in communications and networking, operating systems, mobile and embedded technologies, computer security, artificial intelligence, and other related fields relevant to the needs of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (IR4.0).

The programme is value-added to meet the latest industry requirements by integrating selected syllabus components from the CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification courses into its curriculum.

In addition, the Bachelor in Computer Science (Systems and Networking) (Honours) programme prepares graduates for advanced networking certifications and further studies, such as a Master of Information Technology, Master of Computer Science, or PhD, at leading institutions. 

The programme consists of 9 semesters, and can be completed in three years.
