Step of Application (Inbound & Outbound)

Application Requirements

All applications must reach UNITEN five (5) months before the registration day or the commencement of a new semester at UNITEN (Inbound) or the host university (Outbound). The following documents are required:

  • Acknowledgment of nomination from the home university.
  • Recommendation letter from the home university.
  • Certified copies of academic transcripts (listing the subjects/courses completed).
Inbound (Other Universities Student)
Outbound (UNITEN Student)

Students from other universities interested in inbound mobility to UNITEN should check the upcoming mobility programs under the "Upcoming 360 GEM" tab.

How to Apply:

  • For UNITEN students that interested in going to other universities abroad for outbound mobility:

    • Visit the host university's website (Can be either partner of not) and apply directly through their portal.
    • You can also browse programs promoted by UNITEN under the "Upcoming 360 GEM" tab.
    • If selected, apply for outbound mobility through UNITEN, allowing UNITEN to issue a formal letter of offer to facilitate your participation.
