You will arrive at either Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) or KLIA2. Once you land, you may turn on your mobile phone and connect to the airport’s free Wi-Fi.
Where to go next
Proceed to the International Arrival Hall. As student visa procedures are handled separately, please head to the Immigration Office located near the immigration counters.
If you are unsure or need assistance, look for the EMGS International Student Arrival Centre (ISAC) staff — they will be happy to guide you.
Malaysian Immigration Clearance
At the immigration counter, please present:
- Your Visa Approval Letter (eVAL)
- Single Entry Visa (SEV) / e-Visa (if applicable)
- Your UNITEN Letter of Offer
Don't Leave Without a Special Pass
Before leaving the immigration counter, kindly ensure that a Special Pass has been stamped in your passport.
Collect Your Luggage
Proceed to the Baggage Claim Area to collect your luggage. Information screens will indicate the correct carousel for your flight.
Onward Journey
Please be informed that UNITEN does not provide any airport pickup or transportation services. Additionally, no UNITEN representative will be present at the airport for arrival clearance.
Students are therefore advised to arrange their own transportation upon arrival. It is recommended to utilize reliable public transport or e-hailing service providers such as Grab, Maxim, or Bolt for convenient travel.
