The Foundation in Management programme at UNITEN Business School is designed to equip students with core management knowledge, business awareness, and critical thinking skills. It prepares students for degree-level studies and enable them to adapt to the dynamic business and organisational environment.
The Foundation in Management is a comprehensive 50 credit-hour programme designed to be completed over three trimesters.
The programme provides students with a strong academic foundation in management and the social sciences, preparing them for further studies and future professional pathways in business-related disciplines such as bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, business administration, international business and finance.
Upon completion of the programme, graduates will be well-equipped with the academic knowledge, practical competencies, and personal attributes required to pursue undergraduate studies and contribute meaningfully in an increasingly dynamic and interconnected world.

The Foundation in Management programme provides students with a direct pathway into various business and management-related bachelor’s degree programmes at UNITEN, allowing students to pursue their preferred field of specialisation upon successful completion of the foundation programme.
Note: Eligibility for admission into the Bachelor in Accounting (Honours) programme requires students to have obtained a minimum Grade C in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent, in addition to successful completion of the Foundation programme.
