The programme is specifically designed for those who are interested to become researchers, academics and consultants in a variety of business and management disciplines. In exceptional circumstances graduates from other disciplines can be considered.
Program Structure:
The program can be completed within 2-3 years for full-time candidates and 3-4 years for part-time candidates. Candidates who enroll in this program are required to register for the following courses:

- MGTM512 Research Methodology Seminar

Entry Requirements
| 1 | A bachelor’s degree in the field or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 or equivalent, as accepted by UNITEN; or |
| 2 | A Bachelor’s degree in the field or related field with a CGPA between 2.50 & 2.75, subject to: |
| a. | Five (5) years of relevant working experience & rigorous internal assessment; or |
| 3 | Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government & accepted by the UNITEN; or |
| 4 | Relevant APEL-A certification from MQA. |
| 5 | For International Students: IELTS 6.5/ TOEFL 4.5/ MUET 4.5/ Linguaskill 176 |
