About Programme

UNITEN offers a unique and innovative accountancy programme featuring specialized knowledge and competencies in accounting, finance, quantitative analysis, economics, computing, management, business, and energy-related courses—along with their practical applications in the industry. The programme aims to produce competent, dedicated accountants who embody professionalism, discipline, and high ethical standards.

Upon completion of the 3-year programme, graduates are equipped with the knowledge, technical competencies, and professional skills required to transition seamlessly into the workforce or pursue postgraduate studies, such as a Master’s degree in accounting or business.

Graduates of the UBS Bachelor in Accounting (Honours) programme are also eligible for extensive exemptions from selected professional examinations, creating a direct pathway to globally recognized professional qualifications, including:

Pass A-Level with minimum grade C in any 2 subjects

Any 2 subjects (Grade C)

Foundation / Matriculation

Pass Foundation / Matriculation in related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.50

Diploma

Pass Diploma in Accounting fields (Level 4,MQF) or equivalent with a CGPA below 2.50 but more than 2.00 may be admitted subject to a through rigorous assessment
