The Bachelor in International Business (Honours) programme, offered by the Department of Management at UNITEN Business School (UBS), is designed to meet the expectations of both local and global industries. It equips students with essential business and management skills, language competence, and cultural awareness necessary for success in today’s international business environment.

The programme emphasises the practical application of knowledge through teamwork, case studies, simulations, and real-life projects, preparing students to thrive in dynamic global settings. A key feature of the programme is the opportunity to study an additional language, giving graduates a competitive edge in the global job market.

As part of our internationalisation efforts, students are encouraged to participate in the UNITEN 360° Global Exchange & Mobility (GEM) programme, which offers enriching cross-border academic experiences. This initiative is open to both outbound UNITEN students and inbound international or local non-UNITEN students, broadening their global exposure and perspectives.

With a curriculum that blends international business knowledge, practical experience, global mobility, and language skills, this three-year degree prepares students for diverse career opportunities or further postgraduate studies in global business fields.
