Dr. Khairul Salleh Mohamed Sahari, once again takes the spotlight, elevating the university’s profile via news coverage from Bernama TV, in topic “Krisis Bekalan Global: IPT Pemacu Tenaga”. In this topic, Prof. Khairul shared his expert perspective on how higher education institutions can produce high-quality graduates to address the growing demand for talent in the evolving energy sector, including nuclear and electricity.
In his remarks, he underscored the critical need to develop future-ready graduates who can support Malaysia’s long-term energy agenda. “Rancangan Malaysia ke-13 kita dalam kerajaan dah meletakkan nuklear sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk menghasilkan penghasilan tersebut. Maka, kita di Malaysia, universiti-universiti, institusi pendidikan tinggi perlu membangunkan bakat-bakat untuk persediaan jika satu hari nanti kita memang pergi ke arah nuklear maka kita perlu ada bakat-bakat kita untuk membantu kita atau boleh membantu negara dalam operasian tenaga nuklear,” he said.
